1. Educational information only
FinNest offers calculators, estimates, suggestions, tips and lessons about personal finance. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal or insurance advice, and it doesn't recommend any particular product. Results depend on what you enter and the stated assumptions, and they can differ from what actually happens. Tax rules, interest rates and regulations change. Check with official sources or a registered professional before acting.
2. No guarantees
FinNest is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Projected returns are hypothetical. To the extent the law allows, the FinNest team isn't liable for decisions made or losses incurred from using FinNest.
3. Your data and backups
Your data is stored on your device, and keeping backups and your recovery password safe is your responsibility. If the recovery password is lost, nobody can restore an encrypted backup. See the privacy policy.
4. Fair use
Don't misuse FinNest, try to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful.
5. Emergencies
FinNest's fraud guidance is educational. In an emergency, call the National Cyber Crime Helpline 1930, contact your bank straight away, and report at cybercrime.gov.in.
6. Trademarks
Google, Google Drive, Google Play and other names belong to their owners. FinNest isn't affiliated with any government body, regulator or bank.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
